REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAMS

Flash Services provides customers that reside in S Cable Territory options for reimbursement for either a router purchase or an Early Termination Fee for leaving their current Internet Service Provider early to switch to Flash Services.


Router Credit Program

1  Order Flash Services Internet.
2  Purchase a router of your choice through a local or online retailer. 
Does not include a router purchased through Flash Services.
3  Complete the online redemption form and include router proof of purchase.
4  Get a bill credit for up to $90.

Early Termination Fee Credit Program

1  Order Flash Services Internet.
2  Complete the online redemption form and include a copy of the invoice displaying the charge and payment for the early termination fee.
3  Get a bill credit for up to $100.

Terms and Conditions:

    •   One credit of up to $100 (excluding taxes) applicable per customer/service address.
    •   May not receive two credits from both programs. 
    •   Must reside in S Cable Territory and have purchased Internet from Flash Services.
    •   The online redemption form must be completed (with proof attached) within 30 days of the Flash Services Internet order date.
    •    The purchase of the Archer C1750 refurbished router from Flash Services does not qualify.
    •    Must maintain active Flash Internet service and remain in good standing for at least 120 days (4 months) from the Internet service activation date.
    •    Credit may take up to 6 weeks to receive after the 120-day waiting period is completed.
    •    Flash Internet service must be active and in good standing when account eligibility is confirmed and credit is applied.
